Merci je suis très contente d’avoir trouvé ce tabouret chez vous
La livraison se très bien passé.
Fab study toolbox for my desk items which were getting out of control and taking on a life of their own!
It's a good size for all my pens, kids bits etc, and the size and depth of each section make it work brilliantly.
Love the burnt orange colour - very happy.
It’s fantastic that Really Well Made stocked this splendid little mouse ornament. It arrived quickly and securely in card packaging. Its new home is in my kitchen window and I’m happy to report that it makes me smile every time I see it while I’m busily washing-up. As a Bargain Corner purchase, the little mouse was mightily reduced and, naturally, this helped me to decide that buying this very special ornament was a sensible idea.
Excellent quality towels - a good size and very soft cotton. A fun addition to brighten up my bathroom.
If I could leave zero stars I would.
I waited a month for my items to get shipped.
3 days after the shipping confirmation I receive a text today saying item ready to pick up from my dpd locker.
2 hours later I go to collect the ietm from the locker and it says 'item on its way back to sellet' a month I've waited and now I have no. Ide where my item is.
I also recieved n response to my email sent 2 weeks ago asking where my delivery was absolutely atrocious aervice
Hi Ethel, we're really sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced. As explained on the phone; you requested an item which is too large to fit inside a DPD locker to be deposited in one, which caused the confusing automated messaging from DPD. We hope you are now enjoying your beautiful Paper Shade :)
I purchased this in the hot galvanised, which quickly develops a soft patina after the first rain. The chair itself is not particularly comfortable unless used with the soft quilted cushion accessory. My experience dealing with Really Well Made has been excellent!
I have the Palissade cantilever lounge chair low and this cushion is a must-have if you intend to spend any time at all sitting comfortably in this chair. It needs to be taken in during inclement weather.
Great colours, love how they stack, purchased 3 styles/sizes and fit perfectly in my space. Very pleased, packaged well too.
Great quality and size of each towel. Speedy service and highly recommend company who supplied Donna Wilson Lazy cat towels.
Great quality items, great customer service and items arrived swiftly. Would definitely use again
My cushion delivery arrived. The color and quality of the cushions is as I had hoped. The heavy duty stitching, attention to detail, and non-slip backing let me know these are cusions I'll be using for many years to come.
These bottle grinders are a dream to use. Easy to twist and the fact that they stand upright means no spillages. Can also fit plenty of peppercorns/salt in them. Really easy to shop via click and collect, thank you!
The towels are fabulous and wonderful quality too, HAY are very good at making high quality homewares and this is no exception!
Lovely looking, comfortable, just pull out of the box with no assembly required, compact, folds away for easy transport and storage, take it on holiday, leave it in the garden and admire.
Customer service a delight.
Hi Amanda, we're thrilled to hear you love the sofa! Thank you for your kind words and support.
Lovely product, customer service not so great. Wait time was not made clear, and when updates were asked for responses were defensive at best and rude at worst.
Hello Daisy,
Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you like the product, and we're sorry for the wait and how our communication felt.
Looking at your order details the total expected time from order to delivery was estimated to be 5-9 weeks. Your stools were delivered exactly 8 weeks after your order was placed. So it was at the longer end of the scale, but not an unexpected time or delay. The only time we are given by manufacturers is a production time, which HAY was within on your order. We understand your frustrations that the importation can take up to 4 weeks and is un-trackable, but this is the way it is for this brand and product. It is not within our gift to provide delivery updates and estimates, as they are not given to us.
This for a String 'Metal Shelf' - is nice, integrates well with white wooden shelves and when installed in white floor side panels. Most importantly, has not bent after installing an older ( heavy ) iMac computer on it - great !
This little lamp can really go anywhere. It’s a cosy, comforting night light by your bed or the perfect bathroom lamp to induce calm and tranquility during a long soak in the bath tub, it would also be perfect to bring warmth and atmosphere to any outside space. So versatile and such an unusual design reminding me of a Japanese pagoda. I might just have to buy another!
They look fantastic, the quality is immediately visible, and the shelves were easy to assemble. Haven’t seen many shelving units with fittings engineered this well.
It seems very rare to get a slim, tall and open shelving unit that isn’t laddered (where the shelves decrease in size the further up you go) or isn’t excessively tall where the top shelf is difficult to use. They feel sturdy even without using the included wall bracket. Very versatile, and a timeless design.
I was captivated by this beautiful Mariposa butterfly chair while leafing through the pages of a magazine. I expected something exotic that you could not find in this country, but to my wonder, it was available at Really Well Made. I tried it, and believe me, it is something else; you get a cosy and comfortable position for reading or just relaxing, and the worries of your day go away... an absolute masterpiece.
Hi Simone, thank you so much for sharing your lovely experience with the Mariposa Butterfly Canvas Chair! We're really pleased to hear it brings you so much comfort and joy. Enjoy relaxing in your beautiful chair.
The advise i revieved when buying this was exceptional, i was warned it was not specifically for my chair type. But decided to take the gamble, which paid off - it looks amazing and has exceeded my expectations. Fantastic business (RWM) will be using them again and again.
Thank you for taking the time to write a review of the Offset Loose Cover Alex! We're so pleased it worked out for you, and can now advise other customers they could do the same :)
Requested 2x of the gift wrapping service for a friend’s wedding gifts in London. I’m not in the UK so went in a bit blind on the service but the photos I received from the couple were lovely! Thank you for offering this!
