Warranty Information

Really Well Made by name, Really Well Made by nature. That's the simple aim of our product curation. We use our years of experience in the design industry to pick out the products we think will stand the test of time. We don't get it right every time though; New products can only be tested in a real-world environment, and that's where a warranty is useful. It will also give you complete piece of mind for your purchase.

Many of our manufacturers are now moving towards 5 year warranties against defects in their Furniture products, some even longer! For Lighting and Accessories a shorter 2 year warranty against defects is currently more typical. We have made a list below compiling our top 10 manufacturers and their policies at the time of writing. Please take this information as a guide, contact us in writing at the time of your purchase if you wish to confirm the warranty for any particular product. As standard all new products will have a 1 year manufacturers warranty as a minimum.

When warranty claims are requested we will facilitate the request and communicate with the manufacturer on your behalf. The warranty is not provided by Really Well Made Ltd, but by the manufacturer of the product you have purchased. Each manufacturer will have a different set of non-exhaustive guidelines which confirms if your issue will be covered by the warranty or not. The claim decision of the manufacturer is final, but if a claim is unsuccessful we will explain the reason behind their decision.
