Performance LED chips mounted onto columns of sapphire substrate enable the bulb to mimic the decorative look of the classic Edison while providing the technical and energy-saving performance of a modern LED. The 6-watt Globe bulb emits 540 lumens of brightness with a warm light tone ranging from 2000 to 3000 kelvin, creating a soft, cosy glow. Rated A++ for energy efficiency, the Globe uses up to 90% less energy than an incandescent bulb and is designed to last approximately 30,000 hours or 12-15 years under normal usage. It is also available in a clear glass version.
