The Kaari Collection is Artek's first collaboration with French designers Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec. It boasts a light, fluid design, seemingly crafted from a single pen stroke. "Kaari" translates to "arch" in Finnish, reflecting its structural elegance. The interplay between the solid horizontal boards and the vertical metal bands gives the side panels and shelves a surprisingly light appearance, resulting in a distinctive linear silhouette.
The Kaari Wall Console REB 006 serves as a desk, bar, or deep shelf, depending on the height at which it is mounted. Supporting the console are vertical wall brackets available in either natural or stained oak, with simple steel bands providing diagonal support. Made with a linoleum surface in three colour options - black, red, and blue - it creates a unique aesthetic. Thanks to its simple design, the console can be extended by installing additional pieces.

There are few, if any, designers as well renowned and respected as Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec - often known simply as the Bouroullec Brothers. Ronan is a graduate of the École supérieure des Arts décoratifs in Paris and Erwan attended the École nationale supérieure des Arts in Cergy before starting their own studio together in Paris.
The design duo started their practice as joint partners in 1999 and quickly established a reputation for offering a new perspective on materiality and purpose.
