Designed by Michael Antrobus, a British designer based in Copenhagen, the Frama Union series is defined by balanced proportions. With a pared-down sensibility and a sense of calm, the collection brings together a robust range of seating and surfaces, where utility and comfort are expressed through restraint.
Made from bent aluminium profiles, the side table retains the Union family's clean, graphic lines. Its legs and crossbars, formed from semi-circular tubular profiles, maintain the same architectural precision throughout the design. The tabletop features a warm brown ash veneer over an MDF core with solid ash edging, providing stability and durability. Its compact proportions complement the rest of the Union collection, maintaining a clean, understated, and distinctly sculptural presence.
Thanks to its flat-pack construction, the table is easy to transport and assemble without compromising stability. Visible fixings are left exposed, highlighting the table's honest, functional design.
An outdoor version with an aluminium tabletop is also available.
