Designed by Copenhagen-based design studio Ahm & Lund, the Fritz Hansen Clam series is a new classic that reflects timeless elegance and modern design. Inspired by the curved forms of seashells, the lamp's unique shape creates a soft, diffused light that adds warmth and a sculptural element to any room.
The Clam Lamp features two mouth-blown opal glass shades with an adjustable gap, allowing you to customise the light’s intensity. A small brass knob, inspired by antique gas lamps, enables you to open or close the lower shade, further refining the light and mood to suit your style. An internal diffuser ensures a beautiful, glare-free glow, enhancing the ambience and atmosphere. An an untreated brass suspension with canopy, adds a touch of luxury and will develop a beautiful patina over time.
The Clam lighting series also includes a Table Lamp and a Floor Lamp.
