デンマークのデザイナー兼建築家のレイフ・ヨルゲンセンによってデザインされたコネクトベッドは、伝統的な職人技の手法と、現代のデザイナーの世界では今や当たり前となっているコンピューター制御のハイテクツールやプロセスを組み合わせたアイデアを取り入れ、ミニマルな工業用ベッドフレームを作り出しています。その結果、正確な設計と組み立てが簡単な構造が実現しました。
むき出しのフレームに埋め込まれたネジは、接合部に従来の大工仕事への参照が見られる興味深いディテールとなっています。巧妙な構造により、簡単かつ迅速な自己組み立てが可能になり、効率的な輸送により環境への影響を低減できます。コネクトベッドは、厚さ4mmの粉体塗装スチールフレーム、バーチ合板スラット、オプションのOEKO-TEX認定ポリウレタンフォームマットレス（メモリーフォームトップ付き）で構成されており、2つのボックス（マットレスを含めて3つ）に入った完全な睡眠ソリューションです。 Connect の整然とした美しさと控えめな表現により、ほとんどの寝室のスタイルや装飾に簡単に統合できます。
Connect Bed は 4 つの異なるサイズとさまざまな色のオプションからお選びいただけます。最適な完全なソリューションを実現するには、HAY の「スタンダード マットレス」をコネクト ベッドと組み合わせて使用することをお勧めします。標準では中程度の硬さのマットレスをご用意しておりますが、硬めのオプションもご用意しております。

The Connect Bed is supplied flat-packed and requires simple assembly. The Mattress is supplied vacuum roll-packed for easy handling. All fixings are provided.
A medium firmness mattress is supplied as standard, but a firm mattress is available upon request for the same price.
Materials/Construction
Bed Frame - 4mm powder coated sheet steel
Bed Glides - Soft plastic to prevent scratching to hard floors. Colour-matched to frame.
Bed Support Bar and Leg - (only for a double, king and super king size frame) 4mm powder coated sheet steel
Slats - Untreated birch plywood with nylon straps.
Mattress - 100% Polyester. Polyurethane foam with 19 mm Memory foam on top and a medium or firm foam bottom layer. (Certified with Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX)
