    Great service and a perfect frame

    It's fine

    I loved the design of this frame, it was exactly what I wanted to display my dried wedding bouquet. However I was disappointed when the frame arrived. The wood is poor quality with cracks and splinters on every piece, this hasn't stopped it functioning, but close up it doesn't look quality.

Although the oak wood is unfinished it should not have cracks and splinters present. if you send us some photos to mail@reallywellmade.co.uk we can comment on what you are seeing. Moebe would usaully replace any parts which do not meet the required quality.

    Wonderful frames and service!

    Moebe frames are definitely my go-to - great quality and beautiful finish. The Really Well Made customer service was also brilliant when I'd accidentally ordered the wrong size - they were super quick to help.
