HAYのパオポータブルランプは日本人デザイナー深澤直人氏によってデザインされました。パオは、伝統的なモンゴルのパオテントの柔らかく輝く形状にちなんで名付けられました。パオは、深沢の美しいシンプルさの美学を取り入れています。自然界に存在するデザイン価値を活かして、日常の物を創造します。美学を控えめかつシンプルに保つことで、彼はデザインを環境と調和させています。
ランプのベースとシェードは両方とも耐久性のあるポリカーボネートで作られており、滑らかな高光沢仕上げです。ランプの光源はシェードの内側、オパールのポリカーボネートディフューザーの後ろに隠されており、温かみのある家庭的な光を伴う効率的な拡散ダウンライトを提供します。
コンパクトな電池式のデザインにより、ランプを家の中のさまざまな部屋に移動したり、庭、カフェ、その他の屋外スペースに持ち込んだりすることができます。
