Designed by British-Canadian product designer and interior architect Philippe Malouin, Mimi is an inviting sofa collection defined by the interplay between precise structure and a fluid silhouette. Made for everyday use, Mimi comes with a fully removable cover that can be easily taken off and refitted for easy maintenance, replacement, or renewal.

The sofa has a clean, sculpted form softened by gently draped upholstery, giving it a relaxed and inviting appearance. A generous central cushion offers plush support, while the tailored cover falls loosely over the frame like a blanket. Precise stitching along the upper edges follows its defined outline, gradually giving way to a skirted base where the fabric drapes more freely.

Constructed with a hardwood plywood and solid pine frame, the sofa is padded with polyurethane foam and a duvet filled with a mix of recycled fibres and granulated foam, providing supportive comfort with a soft, relaxed feel. The removable cover can be replaced, allowing the look of the sofa to be updated over time. Additional covers can be purchased separately, allowing you to use one while the other is being washed, or choose a different upholstery to give the sofa a completely new look.

With a width of 160 cm, the 2-seater version provides ample room for two, making it a comfortable choice for everyday lounging in compact spaces. Also available in 1-seater, 2.5-seater, 3-seater and as an ottoman, Mimi comes in a curated selection of fabrics and can be paired with matching square or rectangular cushions for extra comfort.
