Technical Information
The Moebe Shelving System is available in the following configurations at 65 cm high. In the product code '65' refers to the leg height, the second number denotes the number of bays (1,2 or 3). Please Note:
We do not recommend loading more than 20 kg evenly on each shelf. If you have a backplate directly below the shelf the recommended limit is 30 kg.
Each system is supplied with at least two security clips, which you slide onto a leg and screw into the wall. If building a structure above 230 cm tall, then a second security clip should be installed in the middle.
Materials/Construction
Shelf wedges are made from solid oak.
Shelves are made from an MDF core with either an oiled/painted oak or white lacquered finish. The MDF core makes the shelf consistent in strength and stable in dimensions, meaning that it doesn’t expand or contract. This is important when working with the wedge principle.
The uprights/legs are made from stainless steel.
