    Kitchen saviour

    We used three of these to add lighting above our kitchen surfaces, which the property developers had curiously omitted (along with shelving but that's another story).

    We clipped them to String Pocket shelving, which really worked well (if your shelves are bent sheet steel like ours, use little blocks of plywood to give the clamp something to bite).

    They're great little lamps - probably the only 'nice' clamp lamps on the market besides the Projecteur 165 Pincer lamp by Nemo. We used Philips Hue e14 bulbs to make them work with Apple HomeKit.

    They're robust and easy to adjust and the angular shell gives them a very pleasing visual texture which catches the light, giving you a gradient of shades (helped by the fleshy matt finish).

    Can't fault them.
