The Otte Fire Pit is inspired by Can Lis, the Mallorca residence of Danish architect Jørn Utzon, and reflects his approach to merging architecture with the surrounding landscape. Merging Utzon’s philosophy of simplicity, functionality and harmony with nature, the fire pit serves as an elegant and sculptural centrepiece for the garden.
Featuring an octagonal form, the piece is named after the Danish word ‘otte’, meaning ‘eight’. Made from Corten steel, known for its durability and resistance to weather, the fire pit develops a rich, rust-like patina over time that enhances its sculptural and organic character. The Otte Fire Pit offers the warmth and gentle glow of an open flame, creating a cosy atmosphere in the garden.
