スペインのアーティスト兼デザイナー、ハイメ・アジョンによって2013年にデザインされたフリッツ・ハンセンの「Ro（ロ）」ラウンジチェアは、デンマーク語で「静寂」を意味します。緩やかな曲線を描く彫刻のようなフォルムは、人の身体に寄り添うように設計されています。鋭い角や粗さのないそのデザインは、座る人に休息と内省のひとときをもたらします。「Ro」ラウンジチェアは、美しさと機能性を完璧なバランスで両立させています。
シェルは硬質ポリウレタンフォームで構成され、内部にはスチールフレーム、縁にはファイバー補強、座面には木製フレームによる補強が施されています。シートクッションは快適性を高めるためモールドポリウレタンフォームを使用し、バッククッションは2層のソフトフォームとランバーサポートを組み合わせることで、人間工学に基づいた快適な座り心地を実現しました。
エレガントでシンプルなシェルのデザインは、視覚的にも身体的にも心地よさを提供し、その佇まいと快適な機能性の両面で静寂を約束します。また、シェルの形状により、周囲の活動に参加することも、自分だけのプライベートな空間でリラックスすることも可能です。「Ro」ラウンジチェアは、シェルとシートの張り地を単一素材またはミックスの2タイプから、ベースはブラッシュドアルミニウムとクリアラッカー仕上げのオーク材の2種類からお選びいただけます。

The chair/footstool is covered with a recycled plastic bag and shipped in a recycled cardboard box. All packaging material can be recycled.

Materials/Construction
Shell - Hard polyurethane (PUR) foam with an embedded steel frame as well as glass fibre re-enforcement of the edges. The shell is additionally enforced with a wooden frame in the seat area before the chair is upholstered with textile.
Cushion - Moulded PUR foam (seat cushion), form-pressed veneer with a super soft foam (neck cushion). It's mounted with two fittings and it is therefore possible to order and change the entire neck cushion.
Base - Satin brushed-aluminium or solid oak with a clear lacquer finish.
Glides - Nylon (Suitable for a majority of floors).

Upholstery is grouped by number 0-2; the higher the number the greater the cost. Please get in touch for a bespoke quote if you would like a fabric listed here which isn't available to buy online.
